Enneagram
Tritype
One dominant type from each Enneagram center (head, heart, gut).
Definition
Tritype theory holds that each person has a dominant type from each of the three Enneagram centers, producing a three-digit code (e.g. 269) that captures cognitive, emotional, and instinctive defaults.
Example
A 269 tritype tends to be empathetic, vigilant, and reconciling — well-suited to mediator roles.
