Enneagram
Enneagram
Nine-type personality system with wings and tritype.
Definition
The Enneagram describes nine core motivational types and their adjacent 'wing' influences. Unlike trait models, it focuses on what drives a person and how they decompensate under stress (stress arrows) or grow (growth arrows).
Example
A Type 1 (Perfectionist) under stress takes on Type 4 behaviors. Knowing this helps a manager intervene earlier.
