We don't invent traits. We synthesize 21 validated instruments — Big Five (NEO-PI), Enneagram (RHETI), MBTI, DISC, ECR-R attachment, EQ-i, RIASEC, Schwartz values, and more — and weight them by relationship context.
Validity and reliability
Each framework included has published test-retest reliability above 0.7 and convergent validity with at least one other major instrument. We document the citation chain for every score.
Why synthesis beats single-framework
A single instrument is noisy. The intersection of 5+ instruments measuring orthogonal traits cuts measurement error roughly in half — that's the core engine insight.
