Sample EQIQs™ Reports
Below is the actual structure of every EQIQs™ report — the same layout, sections, and interpretive depth you get in production. All samples are rendered from real (anonymized) 21-framework profiles, not marketing mockups.
What's in a Compatibility Report
- Executive read — a five-sentence behavioral interpretation of how these two people will actually work together, written in plain language (not personality-type jargon).
- Context-weighted compatibility score — Business, Romantic, Cofounder, Co-parenting, and Friendship contexts each re-weight the 21 frameworks. The score changes when the context changes; the reasoning is shown.
- Friction map — the 3–5 specific dimensions most likely to cause conflict, with a "what triggers it" and "what to try instead" note per row.
- Complementary strengths — dimensions where the pair covers each other's blind spots, with a recommended cadence for using that strength (e.g., who leads a hard conversation, who runs the retro).
- 1:1 prep script — an editable dialogue guide for the harder conversations, matched to both people's communication and conflict styles.
- Confidence tiering — Preliminary / Likely / Strongly supported, driven by item count, response consistency, and the data-sufficiency floor (minimum 3 completed frameworks per person).
- Appendix — raw framework outputs — Big Five (OCEAN), IPIP-NEO short, RIASEC, Attachment, EI, Enneagram, MBTI-style, DISC-style, Values, Communication Style, Decision Style, Conflict Style, Work Preferences, Growth Orientation, Stress Response, Neuro-Blueprint, Love Languages, Chronotype, and the three dampened cultural proxies (Numerology, Western Zodiac, Chinese Zodiac).
What's in an Individual Report
- Interpretive headline — how this person actually shows up at work, in a partnership, or under stress. No raw type codes at the top.
- Strengths and traps — where the pattern helps them, and the specific ways it costs them.
- Role-fit read — what kinds of roles, teams, and managers this pattern tends to thrive with.
- Coaching notes — three actionable moves for the next 30 days, calibrated to the profile.
- HR-safe mode toggle — moves raw type codes to an appendix so the body reads as behavioral evidence, not labels.
What's in a Team / Cofounder Report
- Team archetype mix and center-of-gravity across all 21 frameworks (not just MBTI).
- Pair-friction map for every dyad on the team, with combine-people mode for succession planning.
- Role coverage — which functions are covered, thin, or missing based on RIASEC + work-preference signals.
- Turnover-risk indicator, calibrated to the team's engagement and fit signals — presented as decision support, never as an EEOC-actionable label.
- Board Pack export — a printer-friendly PDF matching the aesthetic of the User Manual and Interview Guide.
Aesthetic & format
All reports render in a cream (#f9f7f2) background with a gold top border and teal accents, using Playfair Display for headings and Inter for body — the same visual system as the User Manual and Board Pack. Print-optimized CSS; standardized page breaks; every page footered with report version (currently v2.1), generation timestamp, and the disclaimer appropriate to the audience (Business, Clinical, Personal, or Student).
Honest limitations
EQIQs™ reports are decision-support, not a hiring or clinical instrument. MBTI®-style and DISC®-style outputs are our own approximations, not licensed administrations. Validity and reliability work — including test-retest and convergent-validity studies against public instruments — is in progress and disclosed on the Methodology & Validity page.
