This addendum governs how EQIQs™ processes personal data on behalf of customers under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. Customers are the controller; EQIQs is the processor.

Covered terms

Scope, duration, and nature of processing; categories of data subjects
Technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security, per-workspace isolation
Subprocessor list and change-notification commitments
International transfers via Standard Contractual Clauses
Data-subject rights assistance, breach notification, deletion, and return of data
