Yes, it is free. Your complete snapshot appears immediately, without an email address or account. Saving it to an account and comparing with someone are optional next steps.
How long does Instant Read take?+
There are six questions, each with two or three choices. Most people can finish in about a minute; there is no timer.
Does it tell me my MBTI, DISC or Big Five result?+
No. Six answers do not establish an MBTI type, DISC profile or Big Five scores. Instant Read is a starting point for reflection, not a completed framework assessment. The wider EQIQs™ battery offers 21 frameworks for deeper exploration.
What happens to my answers and shared result?+
Your snapshot is calculated in your browser. A local copy helps you continue later, and the result link contains an answer code, so anyone with that link can reopen it. Progress and completion events are measured according to your privacy choices. An account is optional. Do not share a result link you want to keep private.
Can I use it with a teammate, friend or partner?+
